Her clients include food and beverage chains, digital marketing agencies, healthcare products suppliers, global tourism content platforms as well as a renowned cigarette brand in mainland China.
Yuly provides extensive legal support in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including due diligence prior to mergers and acquisitions, the incorporation of a private equity fund in the Cayman Islands, a high-profile defamation case disputing HK$10 million in the High Court of Hong Kong and a related litigation case involving over HK$1 million in the District Court of Hong Kong. She regularly advises a financial technology company on legal documents for business activities and non-governmental organisations on corporate governance. She is the company secretary of over 10 Hong Kong subsidiaries of listed companies in Hong Kong and Shanghai, as well as the company administrator of over 10 offshore companies in the British Virgin Islands.
