She has assisted numerous entrepreneurs incorporate their companies in Hong Kong and overseas, as well as setting up offshore private equity funds, and prepared relevant constitutional documents. She is the company secretary of over 10 Hong Kong subsidiaries of listed companies in Hong Kong and Shanghai, as well as the company administrator of over 10 offshore companies in the British Virgin Islands. Among her clients are listed property developers, food and beverage chains, digital marketing agencies and healthcare products suppliers, to name a few.
Yuly provides extensive legal support in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including due diligence prior to mergers and acquisitions, the incorporation of a private equity fund in the Cayman Islands, a high-profile defamation case disputing HK$10 million in the High Court of Hong Kong and a related litigation case involving over HK$1 million in the District Court of Hong Kong.
Yuly also specialises in intellectual property and employment matters, including the registration, licensing and opposition of intellectual property, as well as advising on employee compensation and labour disputes.
Trained in business administration and management, Yuly was awarded the Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law by Manchester Metropolitan University.
