Ms. Pauline Chew specializes in commercial, civil litigation and arbitration. She is experienced in advising and acting for various corporate clients including banks, insurance companies, listed companies and major property developer, and also high net worth/ well known individual clients. Ms. Chew has broad experience in conducting a wide range of cases including company/ commercial litigation and matters, mainland related/ cross-border litigation and arbitration cases, directors’ and shareholders’ disputes, defamation, intellectual property litigation and matters, banking related litigation and matters, contentious wills and probate, personal injuries and insurance related cases, land related litigation and disputes, litigation and disputes relating to investment products, contractual disputes, divorce and distribution of assets in matrimonial cases, ICAC/ SFC investigations and criminal cases.
Ms. Chew was admitted in 1998. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Chew was a partner for six years in a sizeable and long established law firm in Hong Kong, and thereafter as a partner in a medium sized law firm for seven years.
Ms. Chew is fluent in Cantonese and English, and conversational in Putonghua.
