Admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2006, Clement practises commercial litigation and transactions as well as corporate compliance, with extensive experience in resolving shareholder disputes involving outstanding debts, providing legal advice on banking matters, drafting and negotiating commercial agreement terms, advising leading corporations in their initial public offering (IPO) worth over US$20 million, and investigating publicly traded companies pursuant to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the United States.
He previously worked at a number of firms including Li & Partners, Blank Rome and Reed Smith Richards Butler, and served as legal counsel for a research and development consultancy specialising in testing and certification services.
