Amy Xu

Registered Foreign Lawyer (PRC)

With approximately ten years of experience practising law in mainland China, I hold several social positions, including being a member of the Women’s Lawyers Working Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Lawyers Association, a part-time arbitrator for the Suzhou Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Committee, and a mediator for the Suzhou Labor and Personnel Dispute People’s Mediation Committee.

In non-litigation matters, I primarily engage in legal advisory services. My clients include companies listed on the Growth Enterprise Market and non-listed public companies on the New Third Board, among others. I am responsible for witnessing annual general meetings of New Third Board companies, drafting legal opinions, reviewing daily company contracts, handling labor and personnel disputes, and formulating and amending company rules and regulations. I also provide legal consulting services for companies expanding overseas.

For individual clients, I offer services including prenuptial and postnuptial property arrangements, inheritance matters, and handling cross-border inheritance cases involving Hong Kong.

In litigation, I mainly handle various cases derived from advisory services, including trademark rights, gift contract disputes, shareholder’s right to know disputes, sales contract disputes, compensation claims, and foreign-related contract disputes. I am also currently involved in litigation and enforcement matters concerning both mainland China and Hong Kong.
